Kindergarten Online Registration 2021-2022

We are now accepting registration documents for incoming kindergarten students.  Our Kindergarten Roundup was ‘virtual’ and the recorded link is below.

Here are the steps below to get your child registered for Kindergarten!

Step 1: Gather Documents Below: 

    Kindergarten Entrance Requirements (also available at https://wsd.net/parents-students/registration/2021-22-kindergarten-round-up) 

• WSD Student Information Form (Required by District) 
• Medical Examination Report (Requested by District) 
• WSD Dental Exam (Requested by District) 
• 2 forms of address verification (driver’s license, utility bill, lease agreement) (Required by District) 
• Birth Certificate (Required by State) 
• Immunization Record (Required by State)

Step 2: Submit Documents:

You may submit the documents by bringing them to the office or emailing them to the office.
