PTA meeting minutes

Treasure Report:

Back to school night sunglass/t shirt sales $ 2544.07

Spent $3854.41 on t  shirts and sunglasses

Need to make $1310 to break even

Balance $12,589.37

Amended budget and needs to be voted on again.  Adding $1000 for Librarian secret reward

Check the Budget that is attached and Please VOTE to amend the budget.

 North Park Budget

Sell Shirts and sunglasses and hats at Engagement night October 28th 5-6:30

We’ll need I pads and a cash box

Need Teachers to be PTA members

Fun Run October 2nd

Heidi Makes video for Assembly

Margaret will be at the assembly  to announce and show video

Fun run tiers 

-   Grade that hits $1000 will receive an extra 15 minutes recess

-  Each Student that brings in $30 will receive a Soda Pop at Lunch

-  School as a whole hits $5000 Tiger Lunch Party - Music, Balloons, Tiger, table clothes

-  School as a whole hits $7000 Kids that brought in over a certain amount will get to put a pie in a teacher that has volunteered face and it will be video for a live stream or for future viewing

-  When school as a whole hits $10,000 there

will be an outdoor assembly where the teachers will have an obstacle race wearing blow up costumes.

If we hit the $10,000 goal then PTA will be able to give more money for field trips for this year.

Fun Run fundraiser  *October 2nd

Parent Teacher Conference October 14th & 15th PTA will supply dinner on Tuesday Oct. 15th

Christmas Picture December 4th

Valentine Grams February 13th

Dr. Suess week March 3-7th  -  Pictures on Wednesday March 5th

Teacher Appreciation May 5th-9th  PTA will supply Tues the 6th Lunch and Thurs. The 8th dessert

Field Day May 21st
