September 10 2019

Dates for upcoming Council Meetings approved and as follows:

-November 12, 2019 @ 3:40

-February 11, 2020 @ 3:40

-March 3, 2020 @ 3:40

-April 14, 2020 @ 3:40

Website, calendar requirements and deadlines that community council is responsible for were discussed. Meeting minutes and agendas will be posted on the website as well as funding summary. Trustland Information can also be found on website.

Title 1 plan, Trustland plan, TSSA plan and TSI plan is what council members discuss and use for funding. Most of Budget goes to Technology as well as ongoing maintenance, headphones, cameras and charging carts.

Funding has been used for the Leader in Me program which staff uses to integrate 7 Habits in the classrooms for all students.

Stem Activities, art supplies, science core books and take home materials are also discussed and funded throughout the 4 plans listed above.

Teacher salaries and Aide salaries and family events are part of Budget when council plan is put in place.

Incentives, such as tokens, tiger tickets and activities, are part of the budgeted plans that help support the students throughout the year.
