PTA Meeting January 29th, 2024

Attendees: Tara Lister, Heidi James, Margaret Airhart, Tracy Beck, Bradley Spencer, Brooke Favero, Erika Rodriguez.

Meeting:

• Valentine Grams

• Need someone to sit outside during lunch time

• From 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

• Count Totals from 12:30 - 1:00 PM

• Have a table set up during PTC

• Feb 7th from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

• Erika 2-4

• Heidi 4-8

• Feb 8th from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

• Heidi 2-6

• Send out a Tik Tok to update school and community on what we will be doing

• Margaret will help with this

• Sign up days

• 12th and 13th

• Erika could help during lunch

• Tuesday the 13th - Fill the Valentines grams

• Tables in 2nd Grade Pod

• Lighthouse Students will be invited to attend and help

• 3:15 - 4:00 PM

• Takes about 3 hours to get 500 completed

• Deliver Valentine’s at 9:00 am on the 14th

• Ordering Supplies

• Yarn may have some in closet

• Candy

• Tape

• Tags

• School Roll needs to be printed off

• Kim can get a roll printed off from the office

• Use the roll and place check mark next to each student

• Book Fair 12-16th

• Brooke, Carem, and MiShell Planning to get the posters up

• Will be holding the fair about an hour after school

• Dinner for PTC on 7th

• Budget of $300

• Erika has the hookups she will let us know

• Mexican thing
