News from your school

Dear Parents,

We are excited to be recognize students that have been working hard in both reading and math.  We will be celebrating through the Superintendent’s Summer Reading and Math Fluency award program.  Certificates will be awarded to every child that has completed the program! 

Superintendent’s Summer Reading:  If your child has read 10 books or 1,000 pages at home over the past several months, please complete the attached form and return it to the school.  We will be providing a signed certificate to celebrate their accomplishment in reading.  Please return these by September 11 if possible. 

Superintendent’s Summer Math:   If your child practiced math facts for at least 10 minutes a day, 4 days a week, for 10 weeks this summer, they are eligible to get this award.  Attached is a form to complete to indicate your child’s work in this area.  Please return this form by September 11 if possible. 

We are so proud of our students and their hard work in learning, practicing and enjoying both reading and math.  We appreciate the support of parents in keeping these areas a priority in the lives of your children.  What they learn and practice now will carry them a long way in their future schooling experiences.  We love to celebrate with them! 


Superintendent's Summer Math Fluency

Providing a safe learning environment for students is our number one priority. A critical ingredient in the safe school recipe is the classroom response to an incident at school. Weather events, fire, accidents, intruders and other threats to student safety are scenarios that are planned and trained for by students, teachers, staff, and administration.

Our school is expanding the safety program to include the Standard Response Protocol (SRP). The SRP is based on these four actions. Lockout, Lockdown, Evacuate, and Shelter. In the event of an emergency, the action and appropriate directions will be called on the public address system.

  • Lockout – “Secure the Perimeter”
  • Lockdown – “Locks, Lights, and Out of Sight”
  • Evacuate – “To the Announced Location”
  • Shelter – “Using Announced Type and Method”

Our staff has been trained in these procedures and will be training our students in the next few weeks.  The school will be holding practice drills over the course of the year. We want the students to be prepared but not worried.  We appreciate your help as we put these safety protocols in place.

Office Hours beginning August 17: 8:30 - 3:00   Face coverings are required by Utah Health Order. 


Online registration is available through  School officials will request additional documentation to be provided in person (driver's license, proof of residency (2 forms), verification of student's age, and current immunization records.  

Required for registration as new student:

  • Driver’s license
  • Proof of residency (2 forms) driver’s license, utility bill, lese/rent agreement, closing documents on new mortgage, residence disclosure form
  • Certified copy of birth certificate
  • Current immunization records


Returning Student Registration

All registration information for elementary students will be available online through the MyWeber website at beginning July 6, 2020.  

Student Registration is intended for students who have previously attended a Weber School District school. You will need to login to the portal (myWeber) as a parent, not as a student. If you are unable to login to or create a portal account, you will need to contact your student's school for assistance. 

Once logged in, follow the promptings and instructions.  Please take this opportunity to update your email, phone number and emergency contacts for your student.

Both Guardian and Student must digitally sign documents to continue to process to connect you with North Park’s enrollment information and forms.  Please return rquired printed documents at Back-to-School Event. 

If you need assistance accessing and printing enrollment documents, help will be available in the office.

Required for Registration:

  • Digital Signatures of Guardian and Student for District Attendance and Truancy Policy, District Student Discipline Policy, District Appropriate Use Policy, WSD Busing Information, District Unpaid Meal Charges Procedures and School Policies and Procedures
  • School lunch may be paid online after digital signatures are complete at
  • Weber School District Demographics/Emergency Form (Only if there are changes that cannot be made through MyWeber- Portal).
  • Printed Optional Forms if applicable to your student.
